“I have bought two of these collars. First one last well but rusted and became smelly. Second one was good, only issue is that there is no ring to attach lead to so very disappointed.”

“Great product great company unfortunately delivery time was 2 weeks in todays online shopping speed it everything Understand I didn’t use express but still I find we order bases on delivery speed and we are a busy family Cheers”

Hi Josh. Unfortunately, the post is taking longer than usual these days. There is no pattern to it - it seems some packages get delayed and take a while. Glad you like the product. Express may be a good option.

“I have purchased of the dog line a few times now and everytime has been trouble free and always fast delivery! My last purchase was a pet safe training collar, I had a call from the dog line to say it was out of stock and offered free express postage when it came in! It turned up the following week and I was stoked with that”

“We've had the Dog Line for our dogs for well over ten years now. It was a God-send for us once we moved to an acreage. The line is very efficient and keeps our dogs within the boundaries. We've been through a few dogs since moving here and each dog seems to learn very quickly to stay within the area assigned. The staff are always helpful when ordering batteries, etc. Highly recommended product!”

“We bought these from a friend recommendation 12 years ago. I kept the boxes because I knew they were so good and NEVER wanted to forget the company/brand name. Alas, a new dog arrives and we are past the vibration style - only the best will do. It works!!! Love that the battery lasts too (no recharging). Glad I kept those boxes! Great to see the company still going too- proves my point- they’re good!”

“Ordered two of these collars for my Rottweilers and they work well but aren’t robust enough for to large dogs. My two have been wearing them for a week and the screen on the girls collar has already gotten a crack in it. This would be a good by for small inside dogs only. Can’t complain about the delivery time or customer service as yet but poor quality.”

“I bought a citronella dog collar. It didn’t work but the company sent a replacement after my review highlighting the lack of response. After a week of trialling it, it doesn’t appear to work. It appeared to originally but that may have been the strange new Collar that damped things down. Full on barking again now unfortunately. I’ve got to wonder if citronella is actually emitted. You’d think there’d be a faint smell of it on her fur but there isn’t.”

“I had an issue with my Grounds keeper … It had stopped working when we had a huge storm. I phoned the Dog line for assistance and they talked me through the whole process to get it back up and running. Great service and no more escaping dog 😊”

“In the few weeks I have been using the EZ900 Educator remote trainer, it had absolutely changed my life & that of my fur baby Archie! From the very beginning & even on the 1st day of activation Archie was quick to understand my commands, avoiding eating food found in the park & not reacting to a barking dog off lead. Walking the streets has again become enjoyable instead of intense & stressful. The remote has already taught my dog to avoid lashing out & barking at dogs walking past. In off leash areas the collar has already avoided him chasing people jogging, kids running & playing with toys , eating foreign found food & eating other dogs 💩 This system is awesome definitely ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️”

“These collars work a treat... brought two for our two dogs who even bark at the birds that sit on our fence... I would recommend them to anyone who is having a problem with their dog barking unnecessarily... Our two are already better behaved... I received the collars in the mail within three days which was a bonus...Thank you so much The Dog Line...”
