“I have been using the dog line for over 6 years now. over the years I’ve used the boundary fence and Use the barking collars and actually bought another one just two weeks ago :) The Staff are always so friendly and helpful, they really care about the animals ! And giving great quality service, even receiving phone calls after purchasing a product to make sure we are happy and or have any questions ! Just fantastic ! I have always been extremely happy with everything! Ive recommended a lot of people/friends to use the dog line over the years and will continue to do so:) thanks so much, I will continue buying your products for years to come”

“Prior to having “The Dog Line” we had to put one of our fur babies on a chain run when we went out. It was distressing for all of us. Now, we just put her collar on and she has the run of the yard!! We highly recommend the Dog Line. Easy to install, great instruction booklet and helpful staff just a quick phone call away.”

“Thanks for your help, guys! Our Maremma is not a nuisance for the neighbours anymore. We are happy to see that he still barks, just not as much and in some sort of lower voice. I was quite reluctant to try this device as I believed we can rely solely on training and keeping him active to reduce his barking. It didn't happen... I have tried the collar on my hand and I was extremely happy to notice not a pain, but a surprising sensation. I was relieved to put it on our dog knowing it will not be a punishment, but a last resort training tool. I also found the booklets very useful and there was no need for us to call for help. One thing I have noticed in a couple of days was that he was not enjoying his dry food anymore. I thought the vibration from crushing the food might activate the collar, so we took it off and fed him from hand a couple of times. He got back to his old appetite so since then we took the collar off before every meal. Thanks again! We'll keep it just in case, although now after two weeks our dog is not wearing it anymore.”

“The customer service has been excellent. I ordered a smaller system first but was then able to trade it in for a larger one because it wasn't quite large enough to cover my 2 acres. My dog no longer escapes even without the collar.”

“Great service from order to delivery. The product: Petsafe Bark Collar My Border Collie barks at anything that moves. First evening with the product on him a Possum appeared on the neighbour's roof. 2 barks later and he got a vibration. He's a clever boy and hasn't barked since.”

“Purchased a bark collar for my GSD as she was constantly barking at kangaroos visiting my neighbours property. Obviously an intelligent breed as she is now ignoring the kangaroos after 2 days use of collar. Only took me three years to find the most effective solution.”

“Hi, we have a Maremma who thinks he is the alpha dog in the family. I am still on the training schedule with the sport dog collar and it is working well. I have had to call for information to the Dog Line and the information I received was very helpful and easy to understand. I look forward to the time when "Monty" is not saving neighbours backyards during the night and will come back when called. “We ordered a barking control device to see if we could curb our enthusiastic Chihuahuas barking. The information provided on line regarding the item was very concise and informative. “Professional, helpful staff who really know their products. Purchased the 'Hidden Fence' for our Kelpie and have installed 300m of wire as we have a small farm. He has the run of the property but never goes within 2m of the wire. Took only two training sessions and can now take off the collar as he knows the drill. Highly recommend following the easy to follow training guide. Cheers, Kevin and "Red"”
