“My boy Max had been causing issues for some time and we had tried the Citronella collars but he seems to be immune. We resorted to something more persuasive and it worked a treat. He will still yap but only once and then stop. We are had it now for a few weeks and he is much better behaved and the neighbours are happy too!”

“All going well, works very well with the electronic dog fences, has settled him right down, waits back from gate till we open it & say ok. Does not go near fence line at all now, was very easy & quick to train him, but had to use dog treats instead of lead to coaching him to boundary line 😊 Regards Adrian”

“The Dog Line stocked the little dog bark collar I wanted to buy at the lowest price and shipped the item quickly. The collar is as advertised and working well to stop barking at the fence with the neighbors dog, happy with the service.”

“The response for additional wire was despatched the same day as the order, however the response from Australia Post was slow to say the least. Going away from a daily service has pushed up prices that cannot be justified for having to wait for 10 days for delivery. I object to the price gouging by this service. Will organise a courier should there be a next time”

“Excellent customer service, lovely helpful staff. Collar stop our dog barking within minutes and we can now remove it and she has learnt not to bark at our new puppy. Highly recommend”

“Now into third week of training.I have found the best method is to zap puppy JUST before he does something he shouldn't.I then immediately call him and give him a pat.Behaviour has improved 100% since commencement and so far he does not link the correction to me.Been worth every cent .”

“The Dog Line was so helpful when asking for advice to help us settle in our new puppy. We were nervous about leaving him for the first time when heading away and worried that he may bark the whole time for our dog sitter! After talking through options with us we went ahead and purchased a citronella bark collar from The Dog Line. It has worked a treat and we came home to a very happy and settled puppy! Thank you The Dog Line for your expertise and reassurance. We had a wonderful holiday as we weren't worried about Rocky although we did miss him terribly!. Here's a happy snap of him reunited with our 9 yo son Isaac.”
