“My experience using the Petsafe barking collar is good for start my dog stop barking for awhile. However, after few days the collar is not working anymore. I checked everything it’s fully charged but no longer effective my dog is barking while using it. :(”

“I have bought two of these collars. First one last well but rusted and became smelly. Second one was good, only issue is that there is no ring to attach lead to so very disappointed.”

“We ordered the mini-educator training collar, it was despatched and received very quickly and the product is great. The metal clip on lanyard broke only a few weeks in, I have emailed the dog line for a replacement but 4 weeks later have heard nothing. So great product but not so great follow up service.”

“Reasonably quick transport. The instructions were easy to follow but hard to read, minuscule print font. The device works as advertised, but the citronella spray doesn't seem to affect him. The device does spray a mist, I see his head shy away, for an instant, then its back to barking, regardless of the citronella. I'm trying to synchronise my use of verbal commands, the citronella device and a sonic device, to achieve the desired aim of barking as a warning, when needed, a single woof when alerting me, and not much other barking.”

“Complaints from the neighbours about our dog barking prompted research into bark collars. We had used one with some success on a previous dog and thought it would do the trick with our 9 month old German Shepherd. The Dog Line site was easy to navigate and delivery was prompt. Unfortunately our stubborn ( not so)little miss thinks its a joke. She yelps at a shock but continues to bark. It is hard to know if the intensity is increasing and she does not appear to associate the sting with the barking. Disappointed with the purchase. I hope other customers have better outcomes”
