I sent in my two DME's and my CAS because I was having an issue with accerator codes on one of the DME's. The ECU PRO'S were able the correct the issue and make a extra key for my BMW 750LI.

Well the service was fast and the sent a video of everything working. I plugged it in and can wouldn't start so I'm letting the battery charge the car with a tender on it. Car started before but didn't run properly. Now it won't start so I'll give it a 2 day charge and see what happens. I'm sure I'll be contacting my mechanic. 🤞

I recieved my units back, reinstalled in vehicle, ran great for a few hours now car is dead in driveway again. I'm giving up on the vehicle...

I spent months chasing a "gremlin" in my 2014 M235i's DME before finally deciding to send it to The ECU Pro. Beginning with testing, their Team was able to replicate the trouble code I was receiving. Once identified, they attempted physical repairs to the circuitry, as well as software patches to defeat my "gremlin". Unfortunately, my DME was not able to be repaired. While this was a disappointing result, it certainly saved me time and frustration from further attempts to fix it myself. I ultimately had to purchase a cloned, replacement DME, which is (so far) working flawlessly. I highly recommend The ECU Pro to DIY'ers and weekend mechanics like myself. I'm awarding 4 stars out of 5 due to communication issues that occurred during my DME's service. I believe The ECU Pro was experiencing email server issues so there were longer than desired periods when I did not receive any status updates. Once The ECU Pro realized that this was a problem, my Service Rep contacted me using their personal email, which was very appreciated. They also went out of their way to quickly complete my project once the communication issues were resolved.

Received my FRM module about a week in half or so ago. Really surprised by how simple and effective it was after putting the module in. It completely fixed my prior issues i was having such as the windows , blinkers, lights (including interior), and mirrors all out of wack. Received my repaired version and worked as good as new!

Second time to reprogram my FRM. Would like to see some form of test results, as the first time my lights were not complete.

I recieve my cpc back after repair for no crank issues worked good for 2000 miles then started having issues with accelerator pedal going in and out. Sent it back and I am waiting for it to be returned.

I am currently having issues with a 2015 BMW. I thought the ECU might be the problem. Thanks to ECU Pros, I was able to send out the unit for testing. It turns out the ECU is functioning properly and is not the issue. ECU Pro was honest and fast. They specified 3 to 5 days to test the ECU after receiving it and they got the work done in this time and sent it back to me. The only reason I am giving 4 stars is because I wish they would have communicated an estimated testing date. I received an email saying they received the ECU. If they had added an estimated testing date, I would have given 5 stars.

Overall I was pleased with the service I received. I was a bit confused when I opened the return package and read the note saying that the product was working fine while the email stated that there was too much corrosion and it couldn’t be repaired until I realized the EWS was working fine and the DME couldn’t be repaired. In addition, when simply returning a product internationally, don’t write SOLD on the way bill. Customs then puts a duty plus tax on the value of the item. I had to pick my item up at customs and explain that you were returning my product back to me.
