“I had ECU Pro repair a faulty footwell module in my 2012 mini that had its brains scrambled because I disconnected the battery. it required two round trips since the first time it didn't work when it came back. But the people there were very responsive and helpful. SOMETHING happened when I installed it the first time that shorted something out and destroyed the module and I had to buy a replacement. They credited the first time toward the replacement so I didn't have to pay twice. These modules are apparently very fragile and even get damaged if you have the car jumped to start. But all is good now and my Mini is back to normal.”

“I sent in my ECU got it checked was told it was in good working condition this saved me time and money by not having to tow my car to a shop to wait on the shop to figure out at 185.00 hours two min. the same thing they told me. I will use these no questions asked in the future for shall always have a bummer.”

“Phenomenal service, great turn around. Shipped out the dead body control module on Monday evening, they got it it Tuesday evening, and had it shipping back to me Wednesday mid morning. I highly recommend them”

“We are happy with the communication we received from the beginning to the end. We are super excited to know that ECU PRO was able to repair the DME and also send us a video of them testing it on a vehicle. “I never found a better customer service and I am impressed by the work quality and quick responses of this team. “FAST SERVICE INSTALLED AFTER REPAIRED . BLINKERS WOULD FLASH FAST LIKE BULBS WERE OUT BUT THEY WERE NOT . WINDOWS DIDNT WORK STILL . CALLED AND TALKED TO SERVICE GUY WITH CODES THAT WERE IN MODULE THEY SAID THEY WERE INTERNAL FAULTS . I SENT IT BACK AND THEY SAID IT WAS TESTED ON ON OF THERE CARS AND HAD NO PROBLEMS . THEY SENT BACK AND WE INSTALLED IN ARE CAR AND IT SEEMS TO BE NO PROBLEMS . NO SURE WHAT WAS GOING ON BUT ITS FIXED NOW . THANKS”
