I called first and told y’all the problem and yall said to send it and we take care of it. I sent it and got charged another 150 for bench testing when the pins are missing in the ecm. Them tell me the supplier is out. What a joke lost all my business.

I felt scammed. I was told it would cost $159 to look at and repair my ecu. I was then told I had a leaking capacitor and damage to the circuit board, so it would now cost $1,500.00. Upon return of the ECU I found it had never been opened and looked at, and they sent a letter saying there was nothing wrong with it. Look on ebay for an honest 5 star rated repair or replacement.

I paid over $500 and they sent one of the units back on tested and told me. It's because they're Tech didn't read the email. I made several phone calls and they made no effort to rectify the situation ,very poor service..

I attempted to get my 2004 R53 EWS repaired with ECU Pro. It was a failure. Details: The car would not start with existing key that contained a new battery. Sent in Key, EWS, and computer for motor. I followed all instructions. After 2 weeks I called as I had not heard anything. The lady that answered with super polite and helpful...she shared that the team was behind, but was get to my parts in a few days. No issue for me...progress. I received a note saying that my key was the issue and that it would be fixed...I was given the option to purchase another key and I did. Paid additional fee and got parts back. Plugged in all parts and again followed all instructions and car is doing the same thing...not starting. I have confirmed that 12.6 volts is at the EWS when trying to start the car. Confirmed starter is good...power is not getting to solenoid. I am out $299, shipping, and the cost of a new key. The note I got back now claims that to get further testing done it is $75.00. I am going to pass and pursue other options. Because I have used these guys twice and got the same outcome. I would recommend another vendor. If I find there is another issue, I will review again and change review; however, right now, I am not pleased.

In the first contact the problem was explained to them in a BMW and it was said that it was random and after Running on Street for a while, the computer was sent and the service and shipping was paid. After a few days they sent a video with the computer connected to a bmw and showing that the car was fine, and that they would return the computer because it did not have faults, at that time we contacted them again and explained again that it was random and after running for a while, they said that if that happened like this it was not the computer, I don't understand why they made us send and pay for their review if the response was from the beginning of the process

by far not professional. sent unrepairable/ unreplaceable unit to them with a 10 day wait for nothing but an angry customer. sent elsewhere to a small buisness who had it back to me in 1 day with a used unit. need to learn how to recover eis password if it is a service to provide as well as update time frames on website. also charge me a b.s testing fee when nothing was tested or done. beyond aggrivated and will do my best to spread the word through my small electronics community

ECU Pro did not test the ECU under conditions that create the specific fault code that the ECU was sent in for - ambient air temp sensor 105202. I communicated this concern prior to testing. They assured me they could test for it. When the ECU tested good, the video they sent clearly did not replicate conditions needed to trigger the fault. This fault is triggered once the engine is turned off and values between three ambient air sensors are compared. ECU Pro has since failed to return phone calls and emails.

A complete waste of time and money. I asked in an email if they could specifically repair my BCU issues. They could not. If you have a R52 Mini Cooper they cannot diagnose much less repair.

Worst experience ever. Charged for repair and services that were never done. sent back to me with no customer support or response of any type to emails still waiting on refund, now my key fobs don’t work with car and has it new dash lights on that I didn’t have before.. don’t waste your time or money on their services.

Ill say im upset of the service, bad service, never gave me updates, only if i call ill knew whats happening, and at the end i didnt received and answer or evidence of how do they do the procedure to determined the final quote of the situation of my computer, is a poor client service for a company that sells ads of a super efficiency service.

Do not recommend, I sent my ECU in and it took these guys almost a month to get back to me. They said they thought they sent the email. Then they said their machine was broken so they had to order a new one. Then they said my ECU was bad and needed to be replaced after a month and a half and quoted $1899. I double checked their website for my make a model which clearly says it’s $499 to “Replace” a bad ECU. They said oh no that’s not right. So after 2 months they finally sent my original ECU back and they charged me $159 for “testing.” Funny part when the ECU came back it had a piece of paper that says we tested your ECU and it had no faults…. What?
