“The first radiator I received was damaged in transit. This was sorted quickly and promptly with no problems resulting in me being sent a replacement and damaged one collected within 5days thankyou.”

“I ordered the radiator Mon and it arrived the following day....well packed and very good delivery! The wheels were a bit fiddly to put on the radiator ...but is now up and running. The timer is quite difficult to set especially with arthritic hands but on the whole very pleased with purchase. Very good value and nice and warm....will be buying another later this year. Well done Electrical guys! Good luck in the future too.”

“I ordered my goods after 12pm on Tues 13/03/2018 i.e. I did not expect the super fast delivery the following day which I was pleased with as I had expected delivery on Thurs 15/03/2018. I bought 2 Osily 9 Fin Oil Filled Radiators which I'm very happy with but... They were delivered upside down which was not a good thing!”
