“Was looking for a part (Duct Det) for a customer; our normal supplier was out of stock and back-ordered 3 weeks. The Fire Alarm Supplier had it in stock - and it arrived very quickly (2 days after order, with standard shipping.) Packaged well. Would definitely recommend their services.”

Hello Regal, I see you placed your order on a Saturday (08/07) and our warehosue is not open on Saturdays, that's the reason why your order was only shipped on Monday. According to tracking number 1Z58079W0107274806, it seems that UPS delayed this delivery and you ended up receiving the product only on Wenesday.
