“I was a bit leery, as I couldn't find any information on this website. Was afraid of being scammed. But, I needed the parts, and they had the best price I could find. Parts arived sooner than expected and in perfect condition. Packaging made sure my parts wouldn't get damaged in transit. I waited to write the review until it was installed. Works perfectly. “As a homeowner, I needed to replace 3 smoke detectors that were 25 years old. They would randomly trip and they were connected to my alarm system. I also needed to find a replacement for these detectors that would work with my alarm system. I emailed Fire Alarm Supplier and they responded almost immediately. I tried to purchase them locally, they were $20.00+ more than what Fire Alarm Suppler had them listed for. I placed an order and had them in 2 days. Excellent service and a quality product.”
