Hello David, We apologize for any inconvenience this situation has caused. We shipped your order on the same day it came in, but it seems that Fedex lost your package. We shipped another one under 1Z58079W0130089777 (as a Next Day) and I believe you received this new package. UPS is still under investigation about the first package. “The only thing that I had an easy time with this site was ordering online and that you had the item in stock. I wasn't happy that they felt it necessary to contact me and confirm that I was the person who ordered the part. Nor was I happy when they called my cell phone and didn't leave a message to contact them. When I called back the person on the other end hung up, maybe it was due to bad service. But when I called the Delaware number the automated machine asked me to pick a number. The extension ring and ring and ring. I hung up and called back various times to try and get a person, it took some time until I got someone to talk to. I wouldn't use this company again for these reasons”
