“All items arrived promptly and appropriately packaged. Disappointed with the fragrance sachet - just hanging it up doesn't produce any fragrance unless your nose is two inches from it - it has to be constantly shaken to produce anything at all which isn't what I expected..”

“The service was faultless. However I was very disappointed with the Ted Baker note cards. There are 4 floral cards out of 12. 8 of the cards have birds on and silly comments like Tweet me and Bird is the word. The notecards were for a gift so didn't have time to return them and feel embarrassed to give them. Had I seen the range of designs I would not have ordered them. Thank you. Alison”

“Thank you for the perfume, lovely packaging and prompt postage. However I am not too happy with the fragrances which were bought as presents for my son and daughter who are both vegan. I am not sure whether to return and have a refund?”

“The Romance soap smells absolutely divine and the Romance soap dish is so pretty - the Romance note block will come in handy as will the Romance tea towel. The products have been bought as a Christmas gift and I am sure the recipient will love them. Will certainly purchase from you in the future.”
