“The goods that I ordered are a "stocking filler" for Mothers' Day, so I can't comment on their quality but they arrived promptly and well-packaged. In view of this, I've returned and ordered some other items.”

“Thank you, as the two Pen & Pencil sets arrived ok and worked mechanically satisfactorily, i.e. all units would extend and retract. However, one of the pen's did not write, I think that the ball point refill may be needed. I am using the one that works OK, that's why I have graded the items acceptable.”
