“still not received goods so cannot comment”

Good morning, I have looked into your order. I can see that it was dispatched via Royal Mail on 29th Sept, we use a 48hr delivery service but unfortunately Royal Mail are still experiencing delays in some areas. I have checked the tracking and can see that it arrived on 3rd Oct at 11am so I assume that you now have it. Enjoy your puzzles. Thanks Graham.

“If they are going to sell on line they should make sure their stock levels are kept accurate as it is frustrating to place an order and then be told they haven't got any. Fortunately they did refund me immediately.”
