Hi Marie I'm sorry that you haven't yet received your order. It has been dispatched (the county map jigsaw will arrive separately as that comes direct from the supplier) via Royal Mail so it should be with you any day now. Unfortunately due to the current situation Royal Mail are experiencing delays with parcel deliveries in some areas and we are finding they are taking 5-9 working days to be delivered. “The Garden Fragrance Company is a real find, my First 'go to' for Christmas, birthday and anytime presents, not to mention things for myself!! They have an unparalleled choice of toiletries, from good old fashioned carbolic soap that is hard to find elsewhere to a wonderfully wide selection of perfumes, creams and related products. They range from traditional well known floral brands to delicious unusual scents you can find nowhere else. I have never failed to find lovely things that have delighted men and women of all ages.”

“Excellent Customer Service . I was a bit concerned as I had not received my order but I had received an email asking for a review of the product . I sent an email to the company to ask when my order was delivered . Graham answered my question promptly and in a caring manner . It was only a day later than expected because of COVID.”
