Hi Hazel, Thanks for the review. Your order was posted the day after you placed it but unfortunately it was returned back to us by Royal Mail saying that the address was incomplete. I looked into it and amended your delivery address to include the words 'Medical Centre' and we sent it back out. This will be why it took slightly longer than normal to arrive. We always send orders same day or next day to ensure customers receive them as soon as possible, if you order again in the future (which we hope you will!) and add the words 'medical centre' to the delivery address we can be sure the postman will manage to find it!
