Thanks for the review, as a small company it means a lot to us. I'm sorry to hear that the outer seals were broken on your jigsaw. We do find that this happens occasionally when the jigsaws have had a rough journey. The jigsaw suppliers we use have all moved away from cellophane wrapped seals and plastic seals and now all use paper seals. Good for the environment but not quite so strong and sometimes get broken.
