“I ordered a gift set at the beginning of October and still not arrived. I have written e mails and had no response at all. This was a gift so I am disappointed, since I have bought from here before with good service. I have been asked to review my purchase and been sent a catalogue, yet no explanation to when my stuff will arrive?! Queries are supposed to be resolved in under an hour , and it's been 3 weeks!”

“This was the first time I had bought from the Garden Fragrance company, I was delighted with the ease of purchase and the speed and care taken with my product. The parcel was well packed and arrived two days after paying, safe and secure as well as completely incognito, my wife will not know until Christmas what was hidden inside. I cannot thank you enough.”
