“Lovely selection of stock to choose from, love the candles and the room sprays, much nicer fragrances than the usual that you can buy in the shops. Very fast delivery too, love dealing with this company. Great service!!.”

“"If one of the boxes wasn't damaged I would have given 5. I love the perfume, just what I wanted. Unfortunately the damaged box was a present, so I couldn't give it away. Good news, I'm going to get a replacement, very kind of the Garden Fragrance Company. Spoke to a lovely lady Lisa, excellent Customer Service. I have now given 5 stars.”

“Although I am happy that my order was delivered promptly, I wIsh that the dustng powder box had been secured in some way as some of the contents had escaped. More attention could be paid to the packaging as the box of another of the items was slightly dented, and as both are gifts for a relative It is a little disappointing.”

Thanks for the review. Sorry to hear that some goods appear to have been damaged slightly in transit. We do try to keep packaging to a minimum as to not be wasteful but also use enough to ensure that items can withstand their delivery. Very occasionally the odd parcel will be damaged in transit if it has had a particularly bumpy journey. We apologise for this and hope that it won't put you off ordering from us again in the future.
