“Thank you for identifying the reason my delivery had not arrived. Royal mail failed to leave me a card advising that my item had arrived. When I completed my previous review I gave a rating of 'poor' which I now wish to change to 'very good' and thank the company for pursuing my initial complaint. The handkerchiefs are just what I wanted as part of a gift to a friend. They are of a good quality and nicely presented.”

“Best place for O'Keeffes hand/foot cream. Wide variety of soaps, creams etc to choose from. Always look in here for something different from what is normally stocked in High Street.”

“I love your lavender drawer liners; they smell absolutely lovely and last quite a long time and help to keep moths away. I have hung one Sleep Easy lavender and chamomile sachet in my bedroom and one in the hall and the rooms are filled with their lovely smell. It was easy to order on line and you delivered very quickly. I wish I could afford more!!”

“Very poor service i'm afraid. The mug I had sent for arrived with a big chip out of the top, because of the inadequate packaging. I understand the damage could have happened during the delivery process but there is no excuse for the mug not being bubble wrapped and protected properly. So I'm sorry but I've got nothing good to say, and I'm not usually a complainer. But you wanted a review good or bad, so here it is. I am currently waiting for a replacement mug so hoping this one arrives in mint condition.”

Hi Tony, We are very sorry to hear that your mug arrived damaged. Your replacement mug will be with you later in the week and I have refunded your return postage back to your payment card. We have asked our warehouse to ensure the mug is better packed to avoid any breakages again. They do normally get the packaging right (there is a fine balance between being enough to withstand delivery and going over the top and creating unnecessary waste) but on this occasion I agree it needed some extra protection. We hope that our swift resolution of your problem will give you the confidence to shop with us again in the future. Thanks Graham.
