“Just before Christmas 2016 I ordered a few items from the company, and they were dispatched very quickly, and well packaged. All of the items met my expectation. I will definitely order from the again.”

“I have not received my items. I emailed you 2 days ago to let you know but have had no reply from you. I no longer require the items as they were a present but since my friends birthday has now passed whilst I've been waiting for them I had to purchase an alternative gift. I emailed you to cancel my order. I would appreciate a reply to confirm this has happened and that the money will not be taken from my PayPal account.”

“I am rather disappointed I could not obtain certain items from Michel Design company due to insufficient supply. I did get Spruce body lotion, but the dispensing pump on it does not work ! Quick delivery.”

“I usually buy lavender soap and talc from The Garden Fragrance company as I used to buy them from Norfolk Lavender. They are very good value for money and they came very quickly even as this busy time of year.”
