“The service is excellant re advising you of the progress of your order re when it has been sent, should be delivered etc.The product is very well wrapped so no danger of any spillage and the presentation reflects the quality of the products.”

“Excellent products, especially the sale items but I do find your packaging very poor quality: very tiresome to have those little plastic bits in the boxes which are difficult to get rid of.”

Thanks for the review. Over the years we have tested various packaging materials to protect our products in transit - it's fine balance between too much (and too little). Depending on the product and parcel size we use either loose fill, air pockets or shredded cardboard, all of which we recycle from incoming parcels where we can.
