“Service is excellent but one of the two ' LUMINEUSE TINTED MOISTURISER Shade 02 Peche' items was for 'Combination skin' rather than a 'Dry skin'. The invoice is correct. The delivered order is incorrect. I will continue to use your services but would like to have this delivery corrected. Please advise. Y.”

“I had a wonderful experience with The Garden Pharmacy. I was in London for only a few days and wanted to pick up a few items but didn't have time to get there. I ordered online and they delivered the order directly to my hotel. I will definitely purchase from them again and recommend them to my friends in the US as they ship internationally.”

“I paid for next day delivery and did not realise there was a cut off time .When I phoned the following day and asked why my products hadn't arrived the guy on the phone was very rude and laughed at me because I had placed my order at 6.16 .He did not suggest to refund the next day delivery payment and put the phone down”

“I placed my order on a Thurs morning and it arrived in Brussels the following day, which I was not expecting! I was also pleased to receive two sample size products with my purchase. Will definitely use Garden Pharmacy again and highly recommend it. If there had been a rating higher than just "very good", they would have got it.”
