“Parcel has been lost by Royal Mail due to type of packaging used - a box = (not sure what size box is - but the RM cannot find it. Not sure why tweezers would be packed in a box any way, when a bubble wrap envelope would have sufficed and could be put through the letter box”

“Only place I could find that had stock of the festive Chanel nail polish this year (2013)... Checked stock using the web-chat feature which was answered promptly and good humouredly by a real person. Ordered online and the goods arrived a couple of days later well packed (in a plain box) and in excellent condition. I'd not hesitate to recommend.”
