“The item I received was not the one I ordered. I especially wanted to by the item on-line, as it is NOT sold in department stores or airport stores here in Finland. I hope the quality of your deliveries is not this low always and hope to get the instructions how to replace the item.”

“Super fast delivery, I received the order the next day and for free. Merchant sends regular notifications and updates to track the order and get you ready. Very good price cosmetics with gift samples. Only thing is the return policy and process is not clear, whether only in store or by post as well. No return form or label.”

“Excellent service, quick shipping and delivery abroad(Denmark) always been to my full satisfaction entirely through the 6 years I have been a very regular customer.
