“have been a customer for a number of years now and have always had a great shopping experience with Garden! the products on offer are fantastic and the choice is excellent - especially love the products for rosacea prone / couperose skin which you can't easily find in the UK shops so please continue with those. wish i had more time to visit the actual shop in Covent Garden, but for us time-poor people the site is a fantastic alternative.”

“Garden Pharmacy is up there with the best of the online retailers, I really cannot fault this company in any way. Goods are dispatched incredibly quickly, there is always a little extra goodie in the box and one the one occasion I had to call (I had ordered wrong thing) it was no trouble to amend the order. Discounts and promotions are regular. I am sorry they are having to leave their premises in Covent Garden but understand why. Good Luck with the move!”

“I have been getting a particular product from the Garden Pharmacy for a number of years. It is available for what appears to be a much lower price on other sites but there is a large hidden postage and packaging charge, so I continue to shop with the Garden Pharmacy. The service from Garden pharmacy is very good and delivery times are very prompt”

“Was a bit disappointed as we stated on the order this was for 2 customers and would like 2 samples of the moisteriser you were advertising. Unfortunateley you only sent one sample which means you may have got 2 further orders for this cream but disappointed as the other customer cannot try even though spend £25.00.”
