“Order in past has taken 10 days to reach me--next time please let me know you are sending FedEx overnite--you sent Monday Dec 2 and FedEx tried to deliver Tues am in New Jersey but I was not planning to be home until this morning Thurs Dec 5--I assume I'll get it this am--”

“Ordered some perfume for standard delivery which was quoted as 2 to 5 days but was surprised to receive an email very shortly after the purchase sayiing the delivery would be by courier in 2 to 3 hours! Also, the item was smartly gift-wrapped at no extra cost. Excellent service all round.”

“Overall a very good service. Website not so easy to negotiate for me personally and sometimes in frustration I just phone up. The phone contact is efficient and friendly and the promise to deliver is always on time. One feature I don't like is the content details on the outside of the package which gives away the element of surprise. Prices very favourable. Will use again for sure.”

“Very happy with the service. Received order even faster than expected. Nice touch that some samples were included. Would recommend The Garden Pharmacy any time. Prices were very competitive. Only tiny problem was that Royal Mail did not inform me with what neighbour they had left the parcel.”
