“On receiving my on-line order I was disappointed to discover I had ordered the wrong item. I telephoned your Clinique department and as no one was available to discuss the item I was looking for, was promised a return call within 15 minutes. The call was duly received as promised and I was informed that the item I wanted was no longer available. However the young lady was extremely helpful in suggesting how to remedy the situation and to recommend an alternative product. I am delighted to send this feedback and congratulate you on your excellent staff who obviously feel that customer satisfaction in of paramount importance. Thank you so much.”

“If I could rate The Garden Pharmacy any higher than 'very good' I certainly would! This was my first time shopping with The Garden Pharmacy and I cannot say enough good things about the service I received, nor about the quality of the products. Not only were the prices on the goods I purchased the most competitive online at the time but the service was the best I have ever experienced! I was kept informed about every step of the delivery process and I received the goods well within the 2-5 day estimate. On opening my parcel, I was struck by how much care had been taken to wrap my items securely and attractively. I felt like a truly valued customer, as though somebody had put personal thought and attention into packing my purchases. In summary, true five star service and I am now going to be a loyal Garden Pharmacy shopper! Thank you so much to the people who made this service so excellent.”

“Is it not possible to use Post Denmark (probably collaborating with British Royal Mail) as carrier in stead of Fedex? The problem is that Fedex requires absolutely that one makes an appointment to stay at home or a specific address to receive the delivery while Post Denmark gives you an option to fetch it in one of it's many outlets when it suits you. Beside the 9.5 £ for postage fee, this is the only single factor that prohibits me to shop loose at your site! :)”

“Excellent service and speedy delivery. The e-mail saying it is on the way and then has been delivered is very useful too. I am delighted to get a French perfume from Garden pharmacy which is hard to find elsewhere.”
