“I ordered a Dermablend product online. I did not notice that there was a no return policy when I ordered (have subsequently seen this). Shade choice was Light, Medium or Tan. I went for light. When I got the product it was much darker than my skin tone and totally unsuitable. When I emailed the company asking if I could return it - they have refused saying they have a no return policy. They further added that if I wanted an exact skin tone match - I should visit a stockist. It does not say this anywhere on the product description. Very POOR customer service and couldn't care less attitude.”
