“Both the handling of my order and the delivery to Finland was fast. I would hope a little bit more information on the website about the products (such as the INCI) and possibly some product reviews from other customers. This would help me to decide if the product I am planning to purchase is suitable for me and my skin type etc.”

“A very swift and very friendly service. Easy to reach on the phone if you need to or just to purchase online. A really lovely touch to also be sent free samples with your purchase. Only quibble is their rewards scheme, which for someone who doesn't buy that much from them on a regular basis is unworkable. A little disappointing, but doesn't put me off as they have such a great range of products.”
