They were extremely quick to dispatch the product that I ordered and kept me updated with the right amount of emails. Upon opening the product I realised I had ordered the wrong thing and when I checked the website for return details I found I could not return. Extremely disappointed.

I source bioderma products from The Garden. Rapid delivery but I noticed the second time I used the site the same items were a quarter more expensive even with the 'loyalty points' discounts. I'd rather have cheaper products than a points system thanks very much!

Was really disappointed to have my delivery arrive "unwrapped" after requesting that it was a gift and needed wrapping… spoilt the surprise of a gift! I would have had it delivered elsewhere had i known that way the surprise would not have been spoilt! Cant understand if you request gift wrap option why it was not done

Ok product but I find that it does not really last 24 hours. Understand that products of this nature need to be 'thick' but I find it hard to blend - I only need it for a small part of one cheek. I also think that a colour chart would be helpful with the ability of purchasing individual samples rather than paying for a sample palette that has colours on it that I will never never use. I have used the product for three days now and am not sure if I will be purchasing. I am trailing other brands before I decide

Your service is really good. But shipping cost is expensive to Ireland. you should consider like amazon.co.uk super saver free delivery at least order above 50 euros. Regards, Xavier

There are few issue with the website e.g. when you are selecting a product and putting in your basket it could disappear for no reason while you are selecting a product for another brand? e.g. dermatologic? very annoying

Thank you for the comment...unfortunately, the Dermalogica problem arises because Dermalogica have a rather silly rule that their products must not be sold in the same basket as any other products! (we have tried to get around this, without much luck!)

The Garden Pharmacy has always been very reliable and that is why I return to their online shopping time after time. Highly recommended. Products are always well packaged too.

Order was sent quickly and arrived well wrapped, but special offer of "spend over certain amount get free item" was omitted. One item was also advertised as including a manufacturer's refund voucher, but this too was missing.

Purchased eye shadow and when I opened it and used a brush to put it on it all crumbled up. Very disappointed with my purchase.

Service is excellent but one of the two ' LUMINEUSE TINTED MOISTURISER Shade 02 Peche' items was for 'Combination skin' rather than a 'Dry skin'. The invoice is correct. The delivered order is incorrect. I will continue to use your services but would like to have this delivery corrected. Please advise. Y.

Although this purchase took about six days to reach me, normally Garden Pharmacy items reach us following day of purchase. Understand that, on this occasion GP were delayed in receipt of item from their suppliers.

I ordered several items, and one of which, when received had been clearly a 'shop sample' or had been used on the shelf. I rang arranged to retrun it for an exchange. In view of the additional special delivery return costs, the man i spoke to offered some samples, or even a small product to cover the postage, which I was happy with. when the replacment body lotion arrived ...... there were no free samples and no product offered to me :-( disappointing really ..... hence, not shopped there since!

why do you charge for shipping when a person orders 12 tubes of aderma emollient cream exomega==the pharmacy at hand does not charge for shipping with an order that size and their aderma is alway 8.60 E I had to pay 50 dollars more for your order
