“Would have given a '5' but one of the lid of one of the bottle of cleanser I ordered arrived broken. Luckily it hadn't leaked so but I wouldn't be able to transport as completely broken off. Otherwise very impressed, quick turn around, used Royal Mail (so much better than most of other delivery systems) and several nice little sample. Just need a bit of bubble wrap next time!”

“Very prompt service. Nothing to complain about, but I would prefer it if in general mail order companies would absorb postal charges - it seems unfair to pay the same postage irrespective of the size of the item purchased.”

“I will definitely shop with you again. There was a slight delay on one of my items and I was kindly offered to wait to receive them all or to have the part order shipped. I chose to wait and was kept up to date every step of the way. Fantastic prices too! Brilliant shopping experience :-)”

“I received the products and they were packed well. I was promised to received them with 2 days and they arrived on time. I reveived miniture products too which will allow me to try other products and see if they were good. It was a very good experience over all.”
