“Excellent site, fast delivery, great communications, good stock levels and a pleasure to deal with. Love the same delivery for London orders, love the points on purchases system and response times to emails and communication is fantastic. “I buy a particular Vichy product from Garden Pharmacy that I am unable to get elsewhere. I have always found the ordering easy and the delivery fast and efficient. Gaining points towards future purchases is also of benefit. I would definitely recommend them.”

“Well impressed by the store's offers and products and customer services. Delivery was practically on the same day within a few hours of ordering and well presented. Very happy with the online shopping experience and it feels much better than actually shopping with the store, which wasn't very impressive experience when I paid a physical visit this week too.”

“I ordered several items, and one of which, when received had been clearly a 'shop sample' or had been used on the shelf. I rang arranged to retrun it for an exchange. In view of the additional special delivery return costs, the man i spoke to offered some samples, or even a small product to cover the postage, which I was happy with. when the replacment body lotion arrived ...... there were no free samples and no product offered to me :-( disappointing really ..... hence, not shopped there since!”
