“I sometimes buy cosmetics from you (mostly Vichy) and you have never let me down. Your service is efficient and reliable, there is no problem with returning products (wrong product was sent to me by mistake once). Website is easy to navigate and find particular item. Sending free samples with order is great! I would appreciate more offers eg 2 for 1 or selling products in bigger sizes.”
