“Chanel stuff is very expensive and I am not too sure whether tracking delivery is that important. It would be better if you could offer free postage and packing on light items using ordinary delivery. Otherwise the service and response was excellent.”

Thank you for the comment. As you point out Chanel products are expensive, that is why we use Tracked delivery, which is a more secure service from Royal Mail (also remember that Next day Delivery is FREE on orders over £50)

“The Garden Pharmacy dealt with my order most expeditiously and advised me immediately that one of the items I had ordered was no longer in stock. I was offered several alternatives and was able to complete my order swiftly. The goods arrived a day later in perfect order. I am impressed with the service of the Garden Pharmacy and would certainly buy from them again.”

“There are few issue with the website e.g. when you are selecting a product and putting in your basket it could disappear for no reason while you are selecting a product for another brand? e.g. dermatologic? very annoying”

Thank you for the comment...unfortunately, the Dermalogica problem arises because Dermalogica have a rather silly rule that their products must not be sold in the same basket as any other products! (we have tried to get around this, without much luck!)

“I love this online shop! I'm a bit of a nervous person regarding online shopping, but this is one I feel utterly at ease with. They have a great product range, good prices, products are well described, and in the event that a query is required the customer services are top notch and very friendly. Also, the dispatch is super-quick (even for standard rate), well organised, well packed and delivered fast. A superb quality online shopping experience from every angle!”
