“I have only just started using the item I ordered however it seems to be doing the job, I will rewrite my review once I have finished the product. “Was pleased that you had free samples for the product I was interested in, however, I paid nearly £6 for Next Day P+P, but as my order was only placed late afternoon on a Thursday, I was not expecting to receive it on the Friday but I did expect it on the Saturday (as it was coming via Royal Mail). My samples only got delivered on the Monday! Which for a £6 charge I find a bit ridiculous, the said samples could of been popped into a normal sized envelope with a 1st class stamp on and I would of got them in the same time span!”

Many thanks for your review I have checked the tracking for the item and the problem seems to be due with Royal Mail. 29-FEB-2016 11:15 Delivery Made Notification Automated 29-FEB-2016 11:15 DELIVERED - No Signature Leigh DO 29-FEB-2016 06:24 Ready for Delivery Notification Automated 29-FEB-2016 06:24 Ready For Delivery Leigh DO 28-FEB-2016 06:40 Accepted at Inward Mail Centre Warrington Mail Centre 27-FEB-2016 08:14 Accepted at Outward Mail Centre South Midlands Mail Centre 27-FEB-2016 06:08 Sales Order Raised 26-FEB-2016 20:33 Accepted at Outward Mail Centre Greenford Mail Centre 26-FEB-2016 16:06 Pre-advice Received The order was collected from us on the 26th and arrived at the South Midland Mail Centre on the 27th. In theory this should then be sent out to delivery to you. Unfortunately it seems the parcel was then routed to Warrington Mail Centre and then to Leigh for delivery. Please accept our apologies for the delay, which you can appreciate is out of our control.

“Super website, so easy to use. The perfume I bought was at a great price and they delivered very quickly. Communication with the Garden Pharmacy was superb, right down to the arrival. All packaged well too. Recommended them to a few of my friends already.”
