“It makes me happy as I know that you can supply me with whatever medicines etc. I need in a reasonable space of time, and as one gets older, it is not always easy to get out for supplies and medication. It is good to know you are there, thank you.”

“I ordered one Item which was in picture and I've got another item which they said is same but is another pack like is new pack ....an I found same item with new pack and I send pictures I said for me is not the same but Harry Ganz from customer service repeated me 10 time is same ....and said to me I can send back but 4 pounds for delivery I will not get back and money for return also I have to pay and I will not get back...so I think this is ridiculous never I didn't have like this....I will not recomend this company someone....”

“Whilst the product I bought from the Garden Pharmacy was what I expected, it came packaged in a box full of a huge amount of unrecyclable polystyrene packing. This was enough to put me off buying from them again. There is plenty of paper cardboard packing available these days, which can be recycled or composted instead of going straight into landfill.”

Thank you for your comment. We are very conscious of the environment, and we NEVER purchase any polystyrene packaging. All our packaging is recycled form deliveries that we receive from our own suppliers. .

“Great service, excellent quality products, express European delivery. I wish only that the cardboard boxes in which the products are sent were a little bit stronger/ thicker to avoid damage during the shipping process.”
