“Ordered a product which I found The Garden Pharmacy stocked after doing a Google search. It was despatched the same day as the order was received an excellent service. Unfortunately the product was not as described - not The Garden Pharmacy's fault but it did not do as advertised (cover tattoos). However The Garden Pharmacy agreed for me to return it and get a refund, which I did and the refund was received as soon as they received the goods back. Really good customer service and contact.”

“A great selection of products, especially of those items that can be hard to find in regular high street pharmacies. The delivery was within the stated 24 hours and I was informed of its progress along the way. Absolutely first class service and I wouldn't hesitate to use Garden Pharmacy again or to recommend it to family & friends. A definite 5 stars!”

“I haven't used Garden Pharmacy before but it was the only place I could get Dr Lewinns nail strengthener! It was easy to order and it arrived very quickly. Well done!”

“first time order,,,, part of which was currently out of stock, ,,,but was contacted immediately to let me know, and was given various options - excellent communication !! available item from my order was dispatched and delivered within 2 working days,, and included a couple of free samples ! couldn't ask for more,, excellent,, will definitely be a returning customer.”
