“Always a pleasure to buy from - they have never let me down! Service is instant and goods despatched very quickly. Helpful when I couldn't manage a pin number when I first started using the internet. LOVE the inclusions of samples to try out and often buy as a result. Like the points system. Only critique is that I still have to buy in from France for some of my Avene products as they don't stock the full range.”

“I am inAustralia an 86 year old self funded retiree and I am not very proficient on the IPAD.I was having a lot of difficulty negotiating how to buy my Kh3 capsules on line. So difficult in fact that I ended up chatting to Harry to sort it out.He finally phoned me for credit card details and organised my request....I only hope I did not lose my loyalty points.I love Garden Pharmacy very good service and usually a little inclusion of cosmetic sample. “Really pleased with my purchase from The Garden Pharmacy. Bought a Mason Pearson hairbrush that I had found difficult to source elsewhere. Ordered Thursday evening, and it arrived Saturday morning very nicely packaged. Cannot fault the service at all.”
