“I ordered my Mum a bottle of gin for Mothers Day through The Gin Parlour. Unfortunately the courier didn't deliver it and also didn't leave a card either. I only found out the evening before Mother's Day that it hadn't arrived. Adam at The Gin Parlour did everything he could to get it redelivered for me ASAP and was so responsive and helpful over email even on Saturday night! Thank you.
