“Global Work & Travel were amazing to go through for my first volunteer trip! Every time I tell someone about this trip or think about it, I’m filled with pure happiness! I made some incredible life long friends when I honestly thought I wouldn’t, we have already made plans to catch up all over the world! Already looking at booking my second trip with Global because I just had an incredible trip the first time! Can’t thank these guys enough!”

“The trip was able to be made and modified to my likes and last minute changes. The team were awesome, Miya and Emily did a great job with getting me on the ground, especially when flights got cancelled and assured me I'll be right.”

“It's just been the beginning of my trip and I've loved every moment!! The Uk has been everything I expected it to be and more. Sarah my trip coordinator has been the most help to make sure it's ran smoothly and without stress! As my first international trip I couldn't be more grateful for the assistance GWT has provided, I have had every random question you could imagine answered and been pointed in the right direction every time. The job match went smoothly and I have started working without hassle. This trip has been the start of hopefully many and inspired me to start my career in the travel industry with starting a blog and building a social media portfolio to hopefully transition into the business myself. (Check it out @amber__rye on Instagram, and let me know if you decide to head over yourself!!) It has been an amazing decision and I wouldn't change it for the world. I'm excited to see where else this trip will take me and feel comfortable and confident with the continued support of the GWT team over the next 2-3 years of my working holiday here in the UK. “I enjoyed myself doing this. I stayed at The Blue Iguana and all the staff were amazingly friendly and helpful. The course itself was for me a challenge. However, the support I got from Barbara, the teachers and staff at the school was second to none and it made all the difference for me.The zip lining through the tree canopy was awesome. I am so glad that I did this as I am now a qualified TEFL teacher and I will be able to earn money wherever I travel either by teaching in a class room or online.”

“Overall, an absolute beautiful and amazing experience. The program Verdiazul is inspirational with their efforts and passion. The only thing I will say is that pack good walking shoes! Roughly 12km+ per day walking between beach patrols and beach clean ups. It absolutely killed my feet and I blame my shoes! But all worth it when you experience releasing baby turtles back into the ocean. Truely special. Thank you Global!”

“I have only been in Revelstoke for a week but the town is so welcoming and has such a nice home feel to it. Going through Global made every step really easy and ensured I had everything I needed to do. Brianna helped me through every step and was constantly there for support or questions if needed whether that was through an email or a scheduled phone call. Having someone help me step by step made the process a lot easier and made me feel a lot less overwhelmed. I'm so happy I chose to go through Global.”

“I have loved my time abroad in Canada so far and have met so many incredible people. The mountains never get old in Banff, I have to pinch myself every day that I get to live here and I am hoping to extend my stay over summer and into a second year. Miya, my Trip Coordinator, has been nothing short of amazing from her assistance and expertise prior to commencement of my trip in helping me prep to once I had landed and also after I started work. She made the transition simplistic (as expected) and provided all the necessary aspects important to enjoy my trip and also tick all the admin boxes for getting employment successfully through the right channels. Miya has given me a sense of support on a professional level like no other so that I feel like I have somebody to help me at any moment if there is a need regarding job requirements or assistance. Her bubbly energy was radiating positivity when I got to touch base with her in Vancouver. Her personality is an asset to the company and she is really great at her job having travelled so much her self and is in touch with Global's clients and market.
