“Global Work & Travel were amazing to go through for my first volunteer trip! Every time I tell someone about this trip or think about it, I’m filled with pure happiness! I made some incredible life long friends when I honestly thought I wouldn’t, we have already made plans to catch up all over the world! Already looking at booking my second trip with Global because I just had an incredible trip the first time! Can’t thank these guys enough!”

“I absolutely loved my trip from beach walks with such adorable dogs to jungle walks with such magnificent elephants, got to see so much of the country and culture. I'm so glad I booked an extra week to get to experience the journey to freedom program. An amazing experience”

“The Global team that I worked with were very helpful and made the whole planning process very simple. Couldn't have asked for a better agency to help me make my dreams come true!! Julie-Anne my trip coordinator service was amazing! She listened to what I was asking and she made it happen. So far, my experience with her has been so great! It's very important to have a trustworthy agent and I feel like she is very trustworthy!”

“Asti has been a fantastic help throughout the entire process! She's always quick to respond to questions or hop on a call, and she was even able to reschedule our hostel accommodations for us when our plans changed with very short notice!”

“An unforgettable experience. The language course extremely good and is very interesting. Shinjuku couldn't be a better spot for it either, you can try out what you've learnt as soon as you leave the school. I have fallen in love with Japan.”

“After being lied to about this service being Canadian Government recommended, told to lie about my drug and alcohol history on my application, coerced and not even informed that this service wasn't refundable I made the foolish decision pushed in the late evening on the phone by a man named Jordan to buy this service after feeling comfortable with the nice conversation, and apologies he offered me about surviving cancer. However immediately after booking and hanging up I had a bad feeling, my mother and I looked into the company further and all I saw was disgusting reviews. Immediately, I wanted out. Only to discover they've tried to keep me trapped in every step of the way, Jordan refusing to even inform me cancelation was possible and after being ignored all day and calling the emergency line the only kind member of staff told me I could cancel. Right now, I'm on the phone with the dispute team of my bank. Next is the better business bureau. One of the first things I saw after realizing my mistake with picking this company was the statement "There are better companies". This couldn't be more true. If you're considering Global Work and Travel, remember first how they've taken $500 from a 19 year old cancer survivor and reconsider. They won't even call me back.”

“During the whole process both Ellen and Rebecca were amazingly helpful. It was my first time travelling overseas and they explained everything and answered all my questions making it an easy process and far less stressful than organising it myself. I am very grateful for them.”
