“Lex and Hannah were very informative, friendly and were able to answer most questions. They told me that my help team would be able to answer those they could not. There was one question I asked both of them where they gave me two different answers which I need clarification. This being, that the $2000 approx fees that I pay for assistance in getting to Thailand with onground support etc while there.... is this a fee that I have to pay again when placed on another trip after Thailand trip? Thanks”
