“Absolutely the best phone call experience I have ever had and I regularly call my long distance boyfriend and my grandmas. Kailah was very personable and super sweet, I could not have asked for a better travel agent. The best. Promote her! Unless she's very happy with her job, in which case give her a raise!”

“Kailah is absolutely amazing! Such a warm personality and really great conversationalist. Honestly the best phone experience I've ever had, and I chat regularly with my long distance boyfriend and my grandma. Promote her! Unless she loves her job just the way it is, then give her a raise.
