Have done business there with Joe for 5 years now. Joe is excellent to deal with and always remembers us and takes the best care of us when we are in need or usually want of something new or different. We go there for Joes service and the selection and value we feel we get at GAH. That said I was very disappointed when we picked up our dining table and chairs set. “I” had to assembly every pet of the set. All four chairs and the table itself. I purchase “furniture” with the thought it is built and ready for use. 2.5 hours later I was able to sit at our new dining set. So just my one grip on this transaction. No prior notice or statements to the effect that I would have to “ikea” my new furniture. Just a pretty big disappointment. Thanks for the forum,

Love their customer service. I had an issue with one of my chairs and it was handled expeditiously! I will definitely buy from them again!!!

I visited the Southaven, MS Great American Home Store last Sunday, 7/2/2023. Was met at the door by Leigh Dunlap. I knew what furniture pieces I wanted, as I perused the GAHS Website. We located the furniture I wanted, all in stock, purchase completed. Last minute purchase was a table and chairs I saw when leaving the store, not on website. Leigh was personable, knowledgeable, and professional which made shopping easier, as I do not like to shop. Rated 5 stars.

We ended up refusing our mattress delivery because it was not disclosed to us that the delivery did not include our old mattress removal. We called the competitor and they would remove it. We are elderly and had no way to get rid of it as we don’t live in an area that would pick it up from the curb. That was so inconvenient for us. We are very happy with the mattress and service we received from your competitor for the same price. We should have gone there initially. I’m never shopping at GAHS again.
