“This is my second time purchasing from the store and the salesman remembered that he sold me my bedroom set a few years ago.He was both friendly and professional. I'm still enjoying my first purchase and looking forward to enjoying my new sofa.”

“I brought a king bedroom set, but was not asked do I need a matress so I needed to make a second trip to the store because I realized when I got home that a mattress was on my receipt. A week later I went back to the store to purchase a mattress for the set I just purchased. The person added a mattress pad to my order, but didn't tell me why it was being added or what was it being used for.”

“Great customer service from Cliff at the Memphis Store. Only had to wait a week for my couch. The delivery guys were fast and efficient too. Came within the window we requested and called when they were about 20 minutes out to give us the heads up.”

“This is the first delivery that I have scheduled with any company that I didn’t have to spend the entire day waiting. John was there right at 11:00 and had the chair assembled and put in place within 20 mins. Thanks to the entire team from store to delivery for a great experience”

“We are very unhappy that a couch we paid $3500+ for arrived needing restitching and repairing in multiple places. This is suppose to be a quality custom couch manufactured by England Furniture Co. The repair man came today and pointed out additional issues. He said he could correct it and our sales lady assured us we will have a 5 year warranty if anything else happens. Because of this, we would prefer not to complete a review at this time.”
