“Our salesman, John, was very attentive to us as customers and spent as much time with us as needed to be sure we understood the details of the furniture we anticipated buying. He was patient with us over three or four visits to his store and made sure we were completely satisfied with our purchase. On receiving our furniture, there was a minor issue with one of the pieces. When we contacted customer service, they took note of the issue and dispatched a repairman the next day. The repair was completed to our satisfaction very quickly. The repairman, Mr. Hayley, was courteous and made sure we were happy with the repair before he departed.”

“My sales experience was great! The salesman listened to our needs and helped us receive our furniture in a timely manner. However, I have to sadly say that I was very disappointed in the quality of the furniture we received. The store model looked like a very pretty off/antique white color, but it came to me with an almost green/gray undertone. My sister actually asked me what color it was! Also, the set is not well made unfortunately. It is not solid and it has visible cracks in the paint and wood. I had high hopes because it was beautiful in the store, but I would caution people to think twice about the quality of certain collections.”
