We had a great experience with Stephanie picking out my daughters bedroom set. Delivery was on time and when the lights in the headboard did not work the delivery men provided a solution. We will definitely shop there sgain.

The salesman was a true professional. He was considerate and was available to answer my questions. There was no evidence of pressure during my buying experience.

A lot to choose from.The salesman that waited on me was so kind and helpful.Did not feel pressured to buy anything.Did buy a recliner that is very comfortable.Time will tell how it holds up.I bought one there several years ago that has not held up and was more expensive..

I rated your store a two star due to having to wait on my ordered furniture for over 90 days! In the store, the salesman told me up to 45 days. However, when I spoke with customer service, I was told August for an expected delivery date. That is unacceptable! I did have several items that were in stock that was delivered in a timely manner.

There was no pressure to buy and no hovering by the salespersons. We were able to find what we liked quickly. The process was seamless from the time we walked into the store through delivery.

The purchase of a recliner was great, however, I had to cancel the purchase because the space I planned for it was too small. The cancelation of the order was fast and smooth. I appreciate the customer service even though I ended up not using the recliner.

We had a great experience with shopping and delivery. The sales representative was patient with us changing our minds multiple and I didn’t feel like I was being encouraged to buy things I didn’t want or need. I would definitely shop there again.

I felt like from hello we were treated rudely. Then when I had to buy a chair off of the show room I got 5% off. It was not in a box and I asked sales lady if I could get it wrapped and of course again was rude and said they may have some bubble wrap I could put over it. Then was told they would help ME load a flipping recliner. Thank God the guy in back of warehouse took care of me. I won’t ever make another purchase from this store. NEVER and will share my story.
