“China did well during the sales process. Deliver guys did good. We got one wrong piece. That was corrected a couple of days later. I believe you could improve on timing of deliveries.”

“I had a great experience at The Great American Homestore. The furniture is of good quality and reasonably priced. The salesperson Zedrick Macklin was kind, helpful and very patient. The ladies in customer were very kind and patient as well. It was an overall great experience!!”

“I have bought several items from this store over the years and have gotten good quality. It would have been nice to be able to have maybe a cup of coffee while shopping or a coke . My sales lady did a good job in contacting me when my recliner arrived. Thank you.”

“Very unattentive salesman. Very cheap made furniture. 1000 dollars for a recliner and 4 days old frame bending and warping. Don't think we'll be coming back. Thanks”
