“I paid for a new ottoman but got a dirty used one. I entered a “2” because they did try to replace it but with another dirty used one. Now, one section of my brand new sectional is sagging as if it’s 4 yrs. old, and I’ve only had it going on 3 wks. We barely use it because it’s in the living room.”

“We had a wonderful experience! Joe took great care in finding the perfect recliner for my elderly mother. She loves her new chair - it is easy for her to use, as well as good for her neck problems because the can put the support for that wherever she needs it! We are so pleased with the product and also touched by Joe's kindness to her. Thank you!”
