“Service from the Green Reaper was excellent, but the experience was spoilt by the poor service from your parts supplier in Wincanton. First, the order was short-filled with a further part having to be sent afterwards, and secondly the order was incorrectly filled, with the wrong part having to be posted back to them and replaced by another, the third parcel received overall. This was simply careless stock-picking/labelling. Speed of service, however, was exemplary.”

“I placed the order for a new mower at Friday lunchtime and received the item mid Monday morning. Absolutely fantastic service. They also have a very large selection of goods from which to chose, and the whole buying experience was very good and easy. Highly recommended and will certainly consider for future purchases?”

“The price was substantially cheaper than other suppliers, but the product arrived quickly, and was delivered from the UK distributor direct which saved time and gives comfort that they are an accepted reseller. I would certainly buy from Green Reaper again without hesitation. The product (Wolf Garten cordless lawnmower) is of good quality and works well. For the quality and features it appears to be very good value.”

“Excellent service from The Green Reaper, was surprised to find they are based in Thame only a few miles from me. However, had a problem with the sprayer purchased, instructions for use not very easy to follow. Have now worked it out and all is fine.”

“Excellent company to deal with. Very clear and precise onsite ordering layout, exceptional delivery times and fantastic pricing against competitors offering same products. “Next day delivery, what brilliant service. My wife and I enjoyed putting it together - great bonding. Beware though that spanners need to be imperial and not metric. One nut was incorrect and didn't fit the bolt but I was able to source a (metric) replacement from my box of odds in the shed.”

“Very good start, excellent price - could not be matched. Waited a bit longer than was suggested for product to arrive, and several phone calls later we got a result. When it did it was great. All very well packaged and in good order. Thank goodness for the drier weather - can't wait to try it out. Would recommend using Green Reaper without hesitation. Mrs Gloria Wills ,Sedgefield.”
